We have a national presence and an international reach. Our clients and team members are located around the country. We’ll meet in person a few times per year, but on a daily basis, we work together, but apart, from our home offices. Our systems are cloud-based, and we have daily internal and client video meetings.

At Moxxy, every account and every project are supported by a team, so there are always at least two Moxxers who are up to speed and prepared to jump in. And everyone must be a team player—our collaborative environment isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. We’re driven and we work hard. Not everybody flourishes at Moxxy, but those who do, make significant contributions to the agency, our clients, the fresh produce industry, and learn and grow personally while they prepare themselves for the next career step—which hopefully is advancement and more responsibility at Moxxy.
